10 exercises to build a six pack:


1.Russian Twists
: Lie on your back, feet raised off the floor and knees bent. Clasp your hands in front of your chest and alternately rotate your torso to the right and left.


2.Mountain Climbers:
Get into a plank position. Bring your left knee toward your chest and then lower it back to the starting position. Repeat with your right knee.


3.Incline Crunches: Sit on an incline bench and place your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands in front of your chest and lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the bench.

4.Kettlebell Swings: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a kettlebell in both hands and hang it between your legs. Contract your abs and swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height.

5.Wood Choppers: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a kettlebell in your right hand and lift it above your left shoulder.  Rotate your torso to the right and bring the kettlebell down to the outside of your left leg.

6.Ab Roller: Kneel on an ab roller and grasp the handles. Contract your abs and roll the roller away from your body. Return to the starting position.


7.Crunches
: Lie on your back, feet flat on the floor and knees bent. Place your hands behind your head and lift your head, neck and shoulders off the floor.


8.Leg raises
: Lie on your back, feet raised off the floor. Contract your abs and bring your legs toward your chest.


9.Planks:
Get into a plank position on your forearms and toes. Keep your core tight and your body in a straight line.


10.Bicycle crunches
: Lie on your back, feet raised off the floor and knees bent. Place your hands behind your head and alternately bring your right elbow to your left knee and your left elbow to your right knee.
